If a device is online for over 14 days, it may be missing critical security patches that have been installed but not fully applied. Remind users to reboot regularly by sending an OS notification if a device hasn't been rebooted in 2 weeks.

Create an End User Self Service App

Typically, end users should not have local administrator privileges on their machines, or may not have the technical knowledge to perform certain actions. We are looking at creating our own Self Service Application that would sit on users' desktops and would give them the ability to easily perform actions, while benefitting from being secure (won't require administrator rights as the actions will be controlled and performed by our automation systems), and being easy to use (we will make the UI as user-friendly as possible). Longer-term, we'd like to make this white-label for customers, so we can place your company logo on the client. Main contacts will be able to upload their own logo etc. to the client portal which will automatically distribute this branding down to the desktops.

Create an Asset List in the Client Portal

Create a dynamic asset list in the client portal which shows users their devices that are enrolled in Zarro Fusion, providing essential information such as warranty tracking etc. Future capabilities may include interactive functions and controls to allow the main contact at each organisation to perform certain endpoint functions (such as sending a message to all users - with a pop-up message box).
