Typically, end users should not have local administrator privileges on their machines, or may not have the technical knowledge to perform certain actions. We are looking at creating our own Self Service Application that would sit on users' desktops and would give them the ability to easily perform actions, while benefitting from being secure (won't require administrator rights as the actions will be controlled and performed by our automation systems), and being easy to use (we will make the UI as user-friendly as possible).
Longer-term, we'd like to make this white-label for customers, so we can place your company logo on the client. Main contacts will be able to upload their own logo etc. to the client portal which will automatically distribute this branding down to the desktops.
